To celebrate the close of Spotify’s Frequency x Noteable writing camp at Penn Station Studios (formerly Windmark Stuidos), we transformed an empty concrete parking garage into a moody underground afterparty. We drenched the space in saturated color and layered lighting, using sound and subtle brand integrations to turn a blank, unexpected venue into a living extension of the camp’s creative energy. The result was an intimate, off‑the‑record‑feeling room where writers, producers, and partners could actually connect before heading back into their worlds.
