Podcast Movement LA Wrap Party
Spotify
(Podcast Sales, Publishing & Partnerships Teams)
Everson Royce Bar
Los Angeles, CA
Overview
For Podcast Movement’s LA wrap party, we took over Everson Royce Bar and turned it into Spotify’s unofficial conference finale: an easygoing, indoor–outdoor space where clients, collaborators, and creators could exhale and connect. The space blended neighborhood-bar warmth with Spotify’s polished, playful brand language, creating a night that felt less like a corporate event and more like a friends‑of‑the‑brand hangout.
Objective
Design a post‑conference environment that extended the energy of Podcast Movement Evolutions into the evening: relaxed but luxe, unmistakably Spotify, and intentionally built for high-touch networking between sales teams, publishers, and top podcasters
Highlights
Helped Spotify show up as the host of the conference’s most coveted after-hours moment, not just a sponsor on the agenda
Created an environment where clients, creators, and internal teams could actually connect: no stage program competing with the room, just intentional zones for conversation
Wove Spotify branding through signage, menus, and environmental details so the space felt distinctly “Spotify” without losing the charm of Everson Royce Bar.
Delivered a seamless guest experience from arrival to last call, reinforcing Spotify’s reputation for thoughtful, hospitality-forward events in the podcasting world

What We Built
A full venue takeover at Everson Royce Bar, with branded entry moments, wayfinding, and signage tying Spotify Podcasts into the broader Podcast Movement story.
Layered environmental design across bar, patios, and lounge pockets to support both casual hangs and deeper conversations
Custom graphic treatments and light-touch installations that carried Spotify’s visual identity without fighting the venue’s character
A curated F&B program in partnership with venue and vendors, including signature cocktails and elevated bites that doubled as conversation starters
End-to-end production management: vendor coordination, staffing, guest flow, and run‑of‑show to keep the night smooth behind the scenes and effortless for guests
Spotify’s wrap party turned the after-hours programming of Podcast Movement Evolutions into what conferences are really for: a relaxed, meticulously produced hangout where clients, creators, and partners could finally slow down, connect, and move real deals forward — the kind of off‑agenda moments that actually justify the time and investment of being there.
