Podcast Movement Conference Lounge

For Podcast Movement Chicago, we partnered with Spotify to transform Adler Planetarium into the conference’s official evening activation, designed around a new “Spotify is your essential daily companion” campaign. We used lighting, signage, guest flow, and F&B to subtly walk guests through “times of day,” turning the night into a live, physical expression of the campaign story.

The environment was anchored by custom brand installations: a floral logo moment welcoming guests into the main room and a custom fabricated photo booth with a textured, reflective interior and custom lighting that doubled as both art piece and content engine. All was layered with lounge pockets framed by skyline where podcasters, partners, and the Spotify team could actually connect after a full day of conference programming.
