Overview
For the third iteration of our Spotify Meeting Lounge, we delivered our most elevated build yet — a cinematic, desert-cool space crafted for podcast royalty. Hosted at the Marriott LA Live, this lounge became the destination for top-tier creators, industry executives, and Spotify’s highest-level partners.
Objective
Design a meeting environment that embodied classic Los Angeles cool while carrying the signature clarity and spark of the Spotify brand — a place for high-stakes conversations, creative connection, and seamless hospitality.

Elevated Spotify’s presence with the most refined lounge design to date.
Fabricated conference pods became a signature visual and functional moment — balancing privacy, accessibility, and atmosphere.
Merchandise and gifting drove strong client engagement and acted as extended brand touchpoints throughout the conference.
The lounge hosted 150+ rotating attendees from Spotify’s sales and publishing teams, offering them a reliable, well-designed home base for meetings.

What We Built
A fully custom lounge environment merging desert-inspired palettes, warm textures, and Spotify’s digital identity.
Miniature fabricated “conference room pods” designed to provide privacy without losing energy or visual connection.
Branded merchandise suite including custom Owala bottles, hats, pens, notebooks, and premium client gifting.
Partnership integrations featuring curated collaborations with iconic brands aligned to Spotify’s audience and tone.
Full-space environmental design — every piece of furniture, decor object, styling vignette, light fixture, and knickknack conceptualized and sourced by The AM Studio.
Hospitality, staffing, and guest-flow management executed to perfection across three full conference days.
Beautifully executed sponsor lounge that seamlessly blended LA coolness with Spotify’s global brand identity — strategic, stylish, and undeniably premium.
For three days, the Marriott LA Live became the gathering point of the conference, proving once again how experiential design elevates partnership, presence, and possibility. This continued partnership also fostered a familiarity that created ease before guests walked into the room.
